When I was elected to serve people in Druridge Bay and wider Northumberland in 2013 it was one of the proudest moments of my life.

 

I am so proud to be representing the area was born and grew up in. Druridge Bay is one of the most beautiful parts of Northumberland and the county.

 

It’s one thing being elected and another thing working for local people and getting things done. So I decided an important part of what I do is listen to people and their concerns. I hold regular meetings in the ward and I do my very best to sort out people’s issues.

 

I’ve always been committed to working hard for the people of Druridge Bay and wider Northumberland

 

Thanks to local people I was re-elected with a greater majority in May 2021. I am really grateful for this support and that people had recognised my hard work. I was also elected Leader of Northumberland Labour Group.

 

I remain totally committed to local people and put all my efforts into supporting the local community, groups, individuals, schools and businesses. I have built my reputation of being a hard-working and a champion for local people by working hard and representing the community who elected me to the best of my ability.
